Breastfeeding Fracas...

An American magazine has unleashed a firestorm of controversy with their latest issue...The cover story is about breastfeeding and the photo is a very tasteful shot of a nursing baby. WELL! You'd think they had published HARD CORE DIRTY! Apparently the magazine's offices have been inundated with calls, letters and e-mails calling for somebody's head!

-- ONE READER SAID "I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A GIANT BREAST ON THE COVER. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED THE MAGAZINE FACE DOWN" -- A TEXAS RESIDENT WHO WAS CONCERNED ABOUT HER 13-YEAR-OLD SON SEEING THE MAGAZINE.
-- SHE SAYS "I SHREDDED IT. A BREAST IS A BREAST-IT'S A SEXUAL THING. HE DIDN'T NEED TO SEE THAT" --SHE DOES ADMIT SHE BREAST-FED ALL HER KIDS.
-- THE MAGAZINE'S EDITOR SUSAN KANE WAS SURPRISED BY THE RESPONSE: SHE SAYS "THERE'S A SQUEAMISHNESS ABOUT SEEING A BARE BREAST. IT'S NOT LIKE WOMEN ARE WHIPPING THEM OUT WITH TASSELS ON. MOSTLY, THEY'RE TRYING TO BE DISCREET"...
