Swim. Bike. Run.

To celebrate the last day of my vacation I did the sprint edition of the annual Parlee Beach Triathalon in Shediac on Sunday! AMAZING! A great crowd...great organization and I had an awesome time...it was real fun! Thanks to my bike sponsor, Mike's Bike Shop in Dieppe, and to my cheering section...Katie, Emily, Natalie, and my sweetheart Trish...You guys were totally the reason I staggered across the finish line in 1 hour 30 minutes...
